India Post Parcel (Retail) uses weight slabs and route categories. The table below reproduces the domestic retail tariff published by the Department of Posts so you can understand the base postage before comparing a specific route.

What the table does not include
The payable amount can include GST and fees for optional services such as cash on delivery, insurance, addressee-specific delivery or proof of delivery. Acceptance also depends on packaging, dimensions, weight limits, contents and serviceability.
India Post Parcel or Speed Post Parcel?
India Post describes the retail parcel product as ordinarily transmitted by surface. Speed Post Parcel is a separate, faster product with its own tariff and service standards. Compare the service name as well as the price.
